From Monday we will welcome patients back into the waiting area and you do not need to wait in your car or in the car park for us to collect you. On arrival at the clinic simply come in and check in at reception.

We strongly encourage patients to continue to wear face coverings unless exempt, especially in the communal areas such as the waiting room where there may be several people together at one time.

Hand sanitiser is still provided for your use at the entrance to the clinic.

For the time being the chiropractors will continue to wear the same level of PPE as before.

We will still endeavour to keep a constant movement of patients so that your close contact with others is kept to a minimum, however, if you feel the waiting area is too full or you don’t feel comfortable then feel free to wait outside, but please let reception know you have arrived.

If you have arrived significantly early for your appointment then it may be necessary to wait outside/in your car once you have checked in if the waiting area is full.

Once the chiropractor is ready for you, they will collect you from the waiting area and take you to the treatment room.

After a long deliberation we have decided that we will not return to using the changing cubicles either now or in the future. There are a variety of reasons for this and we do understand that some patients may be disappointed. Please do not hesitate to ask or voice any concerns with your chiropractor.
